My truck is a 2013 Ram 1500. It has a 5.7 L engine with a differential of 3.92:1 and the box is 6.5 feet long with the new air-suspension system. My dealer tells me they cannot get a fifth wheel hitch for this model.

Hi Al,
I have contacted several hitch manufacturers regarding this. They have told me that there isn’t currently enough demand for mounting kits for this 2013 model to justify doing the engineering work to develop a hitch that accommodates the air springs. Several manufacturers have started to develop a mounting system for the 2014 model.
